Hollow Cove Series

Since I am almost finished with the first book in the series, I thought I would take a moment and introduce you to the series I am working on. The current working title for the series is the Hollow Cove Series, because that is the name of the town it takes place in, but as the first book gets completely edited and ready to publish, that may change.

Several weeks ago, I posted an AI generated photo of the two main characters in Book One–Oliver & Willa–and yes, I agree, AI art is subpar and I should hire an illustrator to do my book art, but as of now, I am a struggling writer, so I can’t afford it. Honestly, I was mostly just curious about what exactly AI would come up with when I fed it a detailed description of the characters into it. But, yeah, I will not be using the AI picture of them as official book art .

So, back to the series. Hollow Cove is a fictional lakeside New England town an hour outside of Burlington, Vermont, and it is a small, predominantly wealthy town with a history of prejudice and superstition. The town has four founding families–the Kellys, the Salingers, the Prices, & the Dresdens–and the other prominent families are the Reids, the Turgenevs, the Strelnikovs, and the Harringtons. Needless to say, each family has skeletons in their closets, and the town as a whole, while charming to the eye, holds plenty of secrets of its own.

So if dark, gothic romance is your thing, then I think you are going to enjoy this series.
